Dev Forward is an AI-native product and platform practice focused on accelerating how modern software gets built. I work hands-on with founders and growing teams to move from idea to production faster through rapid iteration, tight customer feedback loops, and developer-first tooling.

My work blends product discovery, platform architecture, and delivery — with a strong focus on building systems that can scale as the business grows and teams that can evolve alongside them.

• Product-focused user experiences — for both customers and internal teams

• Performance optimization, monitoring, and observability (I genuinely love building dashboards)

Industry Experience

Throughout my career, I’ve built and scaled platforms across a wide range of industries, often working inside real businesses with real operational complexity. I enjoy learning how different domains work and building technology that actually makes those businesses faster, smarter, and more resilient. Some of the areas I’ve worked most deeply in include:

• Retail & E-commerce: Building scalable consumer platforms that integrate with major retailers and marketplaces, with a focus on performance, reliability, and conversion. This includes affiliate marketing platforms, merchandising systems, and high-traffic consumer experiences.
• Digital Publishing: Designing SEO-driven content platforms and automating publishing workflows to help teams move faster, improve content quality, and grow organic traffic and engagement.
• Marketing Technology: Building integrations with customer acquisition and lifecycle marketing platforms to support personalization, experimentation, and long-term customer retention.
• Property Technology: Building compliant, high-reliability integrations with Property Management Systems (PMS), credit bureaus, background check providers, and financial institutions — with deep attention to FCRA and FHA requirements.
• HR Technology: Developing end-to-end integrations with ATS and HRIS platforms, calendars, video conferencing, and messaging tools to streamline recruiting and employee workflows.
• B2B SaaS & Marketplaces: Designing multi-tenant SaaS platforms, marketplace backends, and partner integrations with a strong focus on data accuracy, reliability, and long-term scalability.

Current Interests

I'm deeply curious about where software engineering is heading, and I spend a lot of time experimenting with new tools, architectures, and ways of working. I'm especially excited about areas that meaningfully improve how products get built and how teams collaborate.

Some of the things I'm most interested in right now:

• Creating delightful consumer experiences through thoughtful, intuitive product design
• AI-assisted product development workflows (Cursor, Claude, Lovable, Copilot, etc.)
• Agentic AI and practical applications of LLMs in real products
• Edge computing, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures
• Developer experience, productivity, and career development
• Platform engineering and internal developer tools

I'm less interested in chasing hype and more interested in applying new technology in ways that genuinely improve product quality, delivery speed, and team effectiveness.
